New company Invoice Template
First a great feature of the Profit Pal App, is the Create Company Invoice Template feature. This feature allows you to create your companies invoice template. Once created and saved this information will go into each invoice you create to give to your customers. When you tap on the invoicing tab, you will see a button at the top of the page titled Create Company Invoice.
It’s pretty self explanatory, just fill in the boxes with your companies information such as company name, address, phone numbers, etcetera. Tap save and your company template is saved.
Using the New Invoice Feature
Once you have set up your company template you can then create invoices. Whenever you want to create an invoice for your customer, you will tap New Invoice and the invoicing feature automatically creates the invoice Number. It’s a rolling counter i.e. ,0001,0002,0003, and so on. Next select the date, it will be showing the current date select that or change to a date of your choosing. Next from the saved jobs list select the current job you want to invoice, tap calculate (it puts the data from that job into the invoice) and then tap the Save button. Your new invoice will be ready to be viewed, sent, or printed.
