Invoicing with The Profit Pal Mobile App

Today more than ever businesses are using mobile invoicing as a way to communicate the billing, quoting and costing details of almost every transaction.

E-invoicing as some call it is all the rave. This method has many important advantages. For- instance you don’t need to be with the client, just send an e-invoice.

You can be anywhere, as long as you have a smartphone and a phone signal.  This becomes a big advantage for you. To give an example, let’s say you go out and do a job and your customer is not at their home, they are actually at work, at their own place of employment. And say they ask you to send them a quote for the work required on their property, before you begin the work.

With an invoicing app like the Profit Pal Mobile Invoicing App. All you would do is create the invoice by entering the details of the job, including all of the cost for the various material items going into the job, along with your labor cost and even the taxes associated with the job if needed. The app creates the invoice for you with the totals.

Then all you do is enter the customers email address and ‘presto’ you can send them the requested information. The customer feels better knowing the cost of the job before you start. Can you begin to see the benefits of having such an app on your Smartphone?

With the app you have just automated the whole process, of not only quoting the job, but also making the customer feel a lot more comfortable with you.

Now if you also need to leave an invoice there at the job location, all you would need is to have a mobile printer there in your work vehicle. There are many of these printers on the market that can print directly from your phone using the “Bluetooth feature” in your phone.

This ability gives your business a definite leg up on the competition. More and more businesses are understanding the need to have these types of apps for their workers.

Another example, let’s say you’re a boss of a crew of guy’s, and you need to leave them to go to another job site. And while you’re at the other location one of your workers calls you on your cell phone to tell you that the customer wants more information as to the additional cost to add more work to the job. In this case all you would need to do is create another invoice there on your phone, with the additional cost, and email it, or send the invoice as an attachment in a Text Message. So much easier and faster than it would be if you were using the old method invoicing.

There are so many advantages of using Smartphone Mobile Invoicing over the old methods.
